Terms & Conditions
(Parent's information)
- All party bookings will be confirmed in writing by email/text, this will form the basis of the party agreement.
- A deposit of £20 is required to confirm all party bookings within 7 days of the confirmation being sent.
- Deposit is non refundable if party is cancelled by yourselves.
- Full refund given if we need to cancel due to extreme weather conditions, unless alternative date is agreed.
- Out of local area costs are made for either additional petrol and/or additional travelling time as compared to a locally based party.
- Please make cheques payable to "Princess Pamper Parties Ltd"
- BALANCE IS DUE IN FULL IN CASH ON DAY OF PARTY
- Parties can be held at home or venues. All venue costs are to be met by yourselves.
- All parties are for approx 1.5 - 2 hours, based on 8 girls.
- Sleepover party is for approx 1.5 hours based on 6 girls.
- Please allow 15 minutes setting up/ cleaning up time each side of your party.
- We will provide where applicable throws and table covers for your furniture, however we would request that you remove any valuables from the party room.
- We provide treatment tables but will need the use of 3 kitchen chairs.
- Adult supervision will be required for the use of chocolate and drinks fountain, electric will be required and where necessary entension leads.
- Chocolate fountain is supplied with 1kg of chocolate and a bag of marshmallows.
- Drinks fountain is hire only and you will need to provide cordial.
- Contents of party bags may vary to those described as from time to time certain items may be unavailable and therefore replaced with another item of similar value.
- All pictures on site are for illustration purposes only.
- Parent consent forms are required for each child as this gives the opportunity to advise of any allergies. We are not responsible for any adverse reaction to treatment.
- Princess Pamper Parties are insured for public liability but are unable to accept responsibility for the actions or damage caused by party guests.
- We are not responsible for content/service provided of third party websites or links.
